Returns & Exchanges Online
In Flore accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To complete a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact the customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customer service will send you a return form / return instructions
- Complete a return form and place it inside the package together with the item(s) you wish to return.
- Mail, send back item / order to In Flore warehouse
- Once return is received, refund will be issued
All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card and / or form of payment. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
